Até fui a uma formação de comida vegetariana e a professora vez maionese(s) em 5 segundos com uma varinha mágica! maionese saborosa e fofa! DECIDI FAZER HOJE! DESGRAÇA! Foi oleo de amendoim, azeite virgem, leite de soja... Um monte de mariquices que se tivesse comprado um frasco de 1€ tinha poupado 10 vezes o que gastei! Muito, muito liquida! Fiz tudo certo! Boas Mixie, fiz a maionese sem ovo do livro base. Tentei criar a maionese utilizando alimentos de uma formação recente que fiz (como indico na 1ª mensagem).220g azeite virgem220 g oleo de amendoim150 g de leite de soja2 dentes de alho (sal e pimenta q.b) Não cheguei à parte do limão... Pesei o oleo e o azeite e juntei o último ao primeiro (será que foi isto? tinha de ser um de cada vez ou alternados?)E depois fiz os passos 2 e 3 como indicados no livro. Todos os alimentos estavam à temperatura ambiente.
Agradeço a ajuda pois se conseguir fazê-la bem poderei perssonalizá-la com salsa ou ervas ou pimenta da terra etc e variar nos molhos e patês.Obrigado.

a primeira vez que fiz maionese tb não saiu bem. Liguei à minha agente e ela voltou a minha casa para tirar as duvidas. o certo é que nunca mais saiu mal, pois eu não deitava devidamente o azeite no copo.
No curso de cozinha que a Bimby oferece tambem explicaram e exemplificaram na pratica, muito bem.

No meu caso faço com ovo, pelo que a dica principal é mesmo utilizar ovos de tamanho L ou XL

A maionese costuma fazer imenso sucesso entre os nossos utilizadores.
A maionese do Livro Base “Receitas essenciais” apenas foi testada e aprovada com Leite normal pelo que poderá ter que fazer algum ajuste usando leite de soja.
Lembramos que na preparação da maionese, é muito importante que se siga a receita conforme vem indicado, pesando primeiro a gordura, que é depois adicionada, com a Bimby em funcionamento, pela tampa, com o copo de medida colocado para que vá caindo lentamente.
Sugerimos que experimente novamente e que partilhe aqui o resultado final.

Fiz a receita da bujecacheia mas voltou a falhar. Fiz a do livro base com leite normal e voltou a falhar. Usei um ovo caseiro, o maior que tinha (aqui (ilha do Pico) os nossos ovos não são separados em caixas de acordo com o tamanho).
Bem, já fiz muitas outras coisas que não calharam bem à primeira! Vou voltar a tentar e então quando conseguir digo!
