boa noite ja experimentei fazer iogurtes liquidos e nao correu mt bem foi tudo pela banca abaixo, acabei de experimentar fazer iogurte de bolacha e pedia leite em pó mas a minha vendedora disse-me k a gelatina em po fazia o mesmo efeito e foi assim k os fiz vamos ver como correm amanha de manha!mas a questao é: kal o leite em pó k usam? a marca? e k a gelatina em po ainda e cara e pelo k vi nas quantidades vai dar so pra 1 vez logo nao compensa fazer se cajar os iogurtes!? agradecia ajuda :mixie-tongue-out:

Aconselhamos sempre os nossos clientes a começar por experimentar, primeiro, fazer os iogurtes naturais (açucarados ou não) para perceberem bem as consistências e depois passar para iogurtes mais elaborados.
O importante nos iogurtes é a forma como se abafa, é isso que ajuda a ganhar consistência.
O leite em pó não deve ser substituído por gelatina pois ficará com uns pudins e não com uns iogurtes.
Qualquer leite em pó serve gordo ou magro desde que não seja dos de substituiçã.

Para além dos iogurtes não temos o habito de usar leite em pó noutras receitas. 
Experimente novamente fazer os iogurtes tendo em conta que após terminar o Iogurte, estes devem ser bem abafados para que se possa criar a temperatura ideal para que fiquem sólidos.
Atenção que nesta altura do ano, devido às oscilações de temperatura, requer que estes sejam muito bem abafados.
Os Iogurtes não devem permanecer tempo a mais fermentar, sendo este um dos motivos pelo qual eles talham, o ideal será cerca de 13 horas.

Faço os meus iogurtes sem leite em po. No copo da Bimby coloco 1 litro de leite e 1 iogurte, 10 min a 50 graus. Em vez de abafar tenho uma iogurteira, ficam sempre bons. As vezes coloca açucar, outras vezes faço naturais. Experimente!

Eu uso o leite em pó Nido da Nestle e uso a iogurteira para fermentar (os sólidos).
