Vou depois colocar nas receitas tb 
Ingredientes:
500g açúcar
80g amido de milho
30g glucose
40g clara ovo
Amido de milho para trabalhar a pasta
Corantes em gel (p/ colorir)
Preparação:
No copo limpo colocar 250g de acúcar, 40g de amido e pulverize 15seg/vel9. Retire e reserve,
Colocar o restante açúcar e amido e pulverize 15seg/vel9.
Adicionar 15g glucose, 20g clara ovo e programar 10seg/vel6. Retirar e repetir o mesmo processo com os restantes ingredientes. Retirar e modele com as mãos, polvilhe com o amido de milho até deixar de ficar pegajosa. Se secar demais acrescente um pouco de clara e modele.
Para colorir utilize pequenas porções de massa e de corante, modele até obter a cor desejada.
NOTA: Faça a pasta alguns dias antes, molde os enfeites e deixe-os secar para poder colocar no bolo. Para dar forma e firmeza nas peças use palitos no seu interior. Para conservar a pasta de cobrir o bolo embrulhe bem em película aderente retirando-lhe todo o ar. Não a guarde no frigorifico, porque a pasta não deve de ser exposta a humidade.

Boa tarde. Fiz hoje a Pasta de Açúcar como está na revista e embora de sabor esteja boa nota-se que está muito quebradiça e não liga bem entre si (parece que esfarela). Fiz a receita tal e qual como descrita.
Gostaria de saber o que sugerem, ou se a receita tinha alguma errata?
Se alguém já tiver experimentado gostaria que partilhassem a experiência.

Além dos 40 g de clara de ovo que a lista de ingredientes indica, a receita refere para acrescentar um pouco mais de clara se a mistura secar demais.
A quantidade a usar depende da própria temperatura da cozinha, pelo que deve ser ajustada de acordo com o ponto da massa.

Não desanime :mixie-wink: Vai ver que vai conseguir fazer a pasta de açúcar! Por vezes encontrar a consistência ideal pode demorar um pouco mais, sobretudo agora com temperaturas quentes!
Quando a pasta fica muito "mole", deve acrescentar um pouco de amido de milho, tal como fez... talvez tenha que ser em menor quantidade (vá polvilhando aos poucos até encontrar a consistência certa)... e se ficar muito seca já sabe, é acrescentar um pouco de clara de ovo e modelar a pasta .
Experimente de novo pois a receita resulta muito bem e os bolos ficam lindos!!!
